President of the Polish Vodka Association and Polish Spirits Industry

In 1997, as a vice minister at the Committee for European Integration, Andrzej was in charge of the promotional strategy of the Polish accession to the EU. He was an active member of the Food Management Council as well as the council charged with promoting Poland's agricultural and food industry across the EU. In 2011, he was honoured with the “Bene Merito” distinction for achievements related to the promotion of Poland.
