MONIKA BRZYWCZY  

Journalist, founder and editor in chief of USTA Magazine

Monika is the president of the EAT POLAND foundation which promotes Polish culinary culture through unique dinner experiences in European capital cities. She is also the author of Polish Contemporary Cuisine - a report for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Appetite for Poland and On Fish which were commissioned by governmental institutions.

Monika is also the organiser of a variety of different festivals bringing Polish craftsmen, artists, food and ceramics producers together to exhibit their products. She is based in Warsaw but she travels a lot to discover new places and flavours, connecting people and ideas.
