Food writer and a culinary curator

Monika is the author of Cuisine PL, a book designed to promote Polish culinary scene during the Polish Presidency of the EU Council (2011). Before this she also co-authored Kuchnia Polska, jakiej nie znacie (Polish Cuisine Rediscovered).

Monika is a keen fan of regional products and designs culinary study visits to Poland for private clients, Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Agricultural Market Agency. She is also a creator of culinary performances such as Honey Feast in the Polin Museum, Herb Miracle in the Toruń Gingerbread Museum, Funeral Feast at the Ethno Museum and, recently, Poverty King at the Centre of Modern Art in Warsaw. These events always combine tradition, food, art, personal story and a little bit of magic.
