OLGA KREGLICKA

Restaurateur

Olga Kreglicka is the daughter of well-known Warsaw restaurateur, Marcin Kreglicki, and runs and co-creates her family company, Kregliccy Restaurants & Catering. Being a Kreglicki – a family known for their influence in the Warsaw culinary scene thanks to their introduction of international cuisines – the love of food and travel is in Olga’s blood. 

Olga graduated with honors from Boston University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Hospitality Administration. Moreover, she gained wine knowledge to help her with her work and passed the WSET Level 2 exam with distinction. 

Olga currently manages Opasly Tom, a restaurant that serves Polish signature cuisine, and which has been recognized as one of the best and most forward-thinking restaurants in Poland.
