Acclaimed as one of the best chefs in Poland. His domain is combining elements of traditional Polish culinary art with French and Scandinavian influences. He gained professional experience in restaurants widely recognized as the best in the world. A breakthrough in his career was the work at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxford, a restaurant awarded two Michelin stars. Robert is also known for his work at famous Noma.

His talent and skills made him the only Pole invited to cooperate by Ferran Adria at elBulli. It was there that he gained the most experience in molecular cuisine. After returning from abroad, Robert Trzópek was the creator of the success of Warsaw's Tamka 43 restaurant. Since November 2016, he has been the owner and co-creator of Bez Gwiazdek, where he serves dishes inspired by regional Polish cuisine in an unpretentious atmosphere. Robert constantly puts his guests’ palates to the test, provoking them to look for something more in the kitchen than just a perfect taste. His kitchen is characterized by freshness and is based on the highest quality seasonal products. The tasting menu of the restaurant changes every month reflecting another region of Poland.
