WITEK IWANSKI

Chef at Raffles Europejski Warsaw

Witek was the bronze medallist at the Culinary Olympics IKA in Erfurt and is widely regarded as one of the most talented chefs in Poland. He developed his knowledge in France at the Institute Paul Bocuse and also practiced in Norway (Maaemo***), Sweden (Frantzen**) and Spain (Azurmendi***). As a chef at the restaurant Aruana he received recognition from Slow Food Polska and his work has since been recognized by the International Culinary Academy -which awarded him the title of Chef de L’Avenir- and by Gault & Millau Polska's 2018 edition in which Witek was crowned Chef of the Year. In 2018 he became Head Chef at Raffles Europejski Warsaw which was one of Poland's most hotly anticipated openings. Witek also collaborates with culinary magazines such as USTA, Kukbuk, and Food & Friends.
